No Returns / No Exchanges Policy
All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
Merchandise (T-Shirts, Apparel, Accessories)
All items are made and shipped as ordered. We cannot accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues, change of mind, or other personal preferences. Please double-check size charts and product descriptions before purchasing.
Music (CDs, Vinyl, Digital Downloads)
Due to the nature of physical and digital media, all sales are final. We cannot accept returns for opened CDs or vinyl records. Digital downloads are non-refundable once the order is processed.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will work with you to provide a replacement or resolve the problem. Please include your order number and a brief description of the issue when you contact us.
Shipping & Delivery Issues
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once tracking shows delivery. If tracking indicates a delivery problem, contact us and we’ll do our best to help—however, replacement or refund is not guaranteed.
